Caressa Bray Mentor / Founder, Aero Pathways

My name is Caressa, and I am one of the founders and mentors behind Aero Pathways. With experience supporting flight training operations and student coordination, I have developed a strong passion for helping students successfully navigate the demands of aviation training. As a parent, I understand how important it is for families to feel confident when their student is training away from home. Aero Pathways was established to provide structure, guidance, and peace of mind for both students and their families throughout the training journey. My role is to mentor, advocate for, and help student pilots and A&P mechanics stay on track so they can achieve their goal of becoming professional pilots and mechanics.
